The WILD Program™
The WILD Program® is a year-long program for female STEM leaders across Australia. It is delivered through a sophisticated blend of online and in person workshops, access to a globally recognized governance training course, interactive webinars, peer coaching and self-directed learning.
The WILD Program focuses on the key barriers that women face in the STEM sector as they move into senior leadership and board positions across Australia.
These elements are coordinated through both in-person and digital technologies and carefully structured to enable participants to realize exceptional outcomes whilst continuing to be highly present and effective in their workplace environment.
Selected participants will need to commit to all aspects of the program outlined below.
PART 1: Participation and completion of Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) five-day course:
Consideration should be given to the significant amount of pre-reading required for this course as well as the requirements for assessment.
PART 2: Two-day Executive Leadership Retreat:
The in-person retreats will provide an opportunity within the program for the participants to connect and network with like-minded women in their sector.
PART 3: Board Observership:
This provides participants with first-hand exposure to the role of the board, its decision-making and operations as well as targeted training and mentorship designed to give them important skills to bring to the boardroom.
Throughout the program, participants are free to connect with each other and participate in peer mentoring through the online community and discuss ‘top of mind’ issues.
