Our Impact Report

The inaugural Impact Report for the WILD Program outlines our commitment and progress towards achieving greater gender equity for women in STEM leadership positions, with quantitative and qualitative results across our 2019 and 2022 cohorts. 

It is encouraging to see the high rates of leaders securing new positions or roles, and joining boards within only a year of undertaking the Program.
